Overall Satisfaction with DataMotion

We are able to view reports of High-Risk patients for problems that need to be addressed. This allows us to reach out to the patients and help to implement a plan to resolve their issues on an individual level. This report can be shared with our team and allows different ideas to be used.

It is a great help being able to see the high-risk patients. This allows us to reach on to them on a one-on-one basis to further assist with their health.
