AuthPoint is a WIN

We use AuthPoint for VPN authentication at our company as well as implement this solution for our clients. When you need to secure VPN login for insurance reasons or just want the extra security, AuthPoint is the way to go. As a WatchGuard partner it makes the most sense for us and our clients as the integration is wonderful. The setup process is a breeze [because] the automated emails sent from WatchGuard walk the user through the setup. Once AuthPoint is enforced, there is no change for users except for a notification that pops up on their mobile device. All they need to do is tap approve and they are good to go! In this current climate we need to do everything we can to secure our information [and] adding an extra stumbling block like AuthPoint to your network could be just what you need to prevent an attacker from accessing your sensitive information.

We can manage everything from a central management site, which is wonderful to be able to connect and manage from anywhere in the world. We benefit as we are able to hop in and fix things from the road instead [of] relying on a VPN or remote access to a server somewhere.

Most users are comfortable with the setup and do not need any extra help with this. It is extremely easy to complete provided the app is installed first, and there are instructions on how to install the app as well. With any app setup there are going to be outliers that will have some trouble, but it has been the minimum as far as that goes.

We are currently not implementing this portion of AuthPoint but are looking into implementing in the future.
