Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hootsuite makes what was becoming unmanageable, manageable! I was having trouble keeping track of what I posted where, setting calendar alerts to remind me to post at relevant times, and trying to run our small company by myself. Hootsuite takes a ton of pressure off by allowing me to schedule posts and view reports about my activity across our various social media platforms.

Support Rating

Support is good, but I believe for the price it is slow, and there should be a chat now or phone number for paid users to get support. Great software, really needs someone to find out why the new interface is laggy. I will continue to use this software as I know they have a great team of engineers focused on creating a pleasant and functional user experience.

Hootsuite is like having another employee to assist with social media management. I would recommend this product to anyone that has to deal with social media and marketing. I believe that the price is a bit exorbitant and support could be faster for the price we pay for this software, however, it is a great tool that I hope to see evolve more and more over the years to come.
