Overall Satisfaction with Facebook Business Manager (formerly Pages Manager)

Facebook Business Manager helps us in running online ad campaigns and tracking the effectiveness of the ads that we run. Facebook Business Manager helps provide easy tools to run any size campaign.
  • Allows you to run multiple campaigns on various pages.
  • Provides easy access and control over ad accounts.
  • Provides easy tracking of ad campaigns.
  • Unable to remove permanently linked accounts or admin roles.
  • Difficult to delete old accounts and campaigns.
  • Some features are a bit difficult and could be easier to use.
  • Overall simple to use in running ad campaigns.
  • A bit challenging when running multiple ad campaigns.
  • Easy to target a specific audience.
I've really only used Facebook Business Manager when running campaigns so I can't compare it to other platforms.

Overall it is a good and easy-to-use product that allows for running effective campaigns.
I haven't used support before when using Facebook Business Manager, but they do offer some basic questions and answers when using it to other community members with questions.
It works well for running traditional ad campaigns and provides insights of the campaign's effectiveness. Running multiple campaigns can be a bit more difficult.
