Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

We primarily use Cloudflare for data compression and site speed increases where our other WordPress plugins might not work. Each month it saves us gigabytes of load data as customers visit the site.

  • Java Script challenges for while under attack.
  • Flexible SSL.
  • Tutorials.
  • How to use videos.
  • Analytics error correction.
  • How to fix errors.
  • It's helped us retain clients when we can prove site speed increase.
  • It's helped us maintain security networks.
  • It's allowed us to compress information as we go.
Eventually, we found out that Cloudflare and Cloudways had different feature sets for web dev and we ended up using both.
We never spoke to a salesperson, we simply onboarded ourselves and it took about 30 min per client for the basic setup.

It's amazing for load times and compression and is a great resource for anyone who needs to speed up their site. IT's also amazing for more detailed website analytics. Where it falls short is SEO values - they don't have SEO inside of the platform but that might be that they just didn't want to compete with MOZ, etc.
