WebEngage is a fantastic marketing automation tool that helps you in visualizing user journeys by seamlessly integrating various customer touchpoints and thus enables you to understand key gaps in your workflows and form strategies for them. We used it to create automated workflows for all leads that we were generating with the objective of achieving higher connections via call center and enhancing the digital consumer experience for our prospective buyers. The tool helped us in creating a sales-focused funnel and helped in benchmarking across the funnel to enable quick decision-making to build more efficiencies and thus drive higher profitability.

The tool helps in identifying customer segments basis their engagement with the brand and then we can create rules to shift our efforts into hot leads. WebEngage helped us in lead scoring which helped in the prioritization of leads via our sales team and helped in driving revenue more quickly and efficiently.
