Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack

Absolute trash. The demo only lets you view for 1min per device. Because the demo is so short it tricks you into thinking that it will actually load web pages. Doesn't. It was super slow and isn't meant for development purposes. The mobile/desktop is $40, but watch and see how hard it is to cancel the reoccurring monthly. First, you will need to scan the website for hours until you find a little "Dissatisfied with your Browserstack plan?" Link click that. You will now have to chat with a representative that won't cancel your account after you repeat that you want to cancel. Instead, you will be told "I will proceed with your request to the billing team. They will proceed with cancelation." I'll see if I ever get my money back. Any company that makes canceling that hard is selling a bad product. Canceling a Netflix or Hulu account takes seconds!
