Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We support other clients using our software that has been developed. With Teamviewer, we have the ability to remotely support customers anywhere in the world. With the current pandemic, it is a breeze to handle remote support.

In terms of usability we looked at ease of use for the end user. We required a product that is a requirement that teh system is easy to use for someone that is not technical minded.
To be honest i would not change the evaluation process as the process led me to a fully working product and i don't plan on changing away from teamviewer

Our customers use the free version of Teamviewer which allows us to connect to them remotely.
An end user is void of technical knowledge and this product requires minimal making it easy for them to fire up and allow us connectivity
