Overall Satisfaction with Cloudflare

We utilize Cloudflare for our domain web hosting as well as DNS services and security for our business. Cloudflare makes administration and management of these services quick and easy to implement changes. Also, their analytical reporting is evolving rapidly, giving us additional insight into items we may have otherwise missed.

We have been utilizing Cloudflare for a decade (maybe even a bit longer). Onboarding was easy back then, and I believe it is even easier today. We were set up and making changes to secure web traffic, sites, etc., in a very short amount of time. The ability to export records as a backup/precaution and easily import them back in is a great feature. While most other providers possess this, they seem not to make it as fluid and easy as Cloudflare does.
I can recall only a couple of instances when we needed to contact Cloudflare support for anything, and those were more to confirm settings we already had in place instead of addressing any sort of issue, etc. [Whenever] we have ever reached out to support, they have always been quick and courteous in responding to us.

For our SMB, Cloudflare provides an array of automated, useful, affordable, and easy-to-manage services. This affords our internal IT to focus on other priorities instead of constantly having to play gatekeeper for our web services. Whether we need to update DNS records, make changes to other web services, or acquire metrics/analytics from our account, we know that Cloudflare provides a consistent, secure, and easy-to-use platform that we trust.
