Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We implemented Influitive for a few use cases:
  • Formalizing our sales reference program
  • Identifying customer advocates for marketing efforts
  • Recruit participants for usability and beta testing
  • Sourcing product feedback
We were able to do all of this in addition to tracking rewards and staying compliant with industry regulations.
  • Influitive makes it easy to target requests to relevant customers, so they don't overwhelm others
  • The interface makes it incredibly easy to get requests out to customers and source volunteers. You can make a variety of asks and it's simple for customers to participate.
  • Communicating with customers is simple. Being able to interact on the discussion board and privately message members is a life saver.
  • While Influitive is very customizable, but there are still some features that could be tweaked to allow for different types of users.
  • Increased customer satisfaction

  • Increased product reviews
Support is always very quick and helpful. Every time I had a question I was able to find a solution.
Our customers love networking with each other, so Influitive allowed them to do so and build their relationships. Having those relationships really improved customer satisfaction and investment. It also provided an additional draw for members. We could recruit them to participate in challenges, but then the discussion board would keep them around, and vice versa.

It can help you formalize your communication with customers so all requests come in the same way and are easy to understand.
