Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We used the service [Broadvoice] for our remote locations, we currently have 30 lines, so far there is no issue as the system works as we want it to work.

  • Billing
  • Probably be able to put all location[s] under one account.
  • Make by default all location[s] in one bill.
  • Make sure the phone is online.
  • Be able to transfer calls to another number.

  • We have more calls being answer[ed] as we have it forward[ed] to our main line.

When we need to move a phone number to a different location, [Broadvoice] makes it so simple as no need to configure any settings, all I need to update is the name and e911 address.
