Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We use teamviewer for remote access and communication between different parties. This helps when we want to access remote computers and gain the administrator roles. With this maintenance of the computers is easier. The cloud service helps gain access from anywhere at anytime therefore playing a big role in connections
- Remote access
- Business access
- On demand support
- The UX design needs some improvement
- Navigation is usually tough for beginners
- Sharing large files is usually stressful
- Makes it easier for supporting workstations
- The pricing is reasonable given the services they offer.
- Since there are open source software such as AnyDesk, this reduces the ROI
- AnyDesk and VNC Connect
Teamviewer generally is a good software with high usability qualities. It is also easier to use when all the devices are connected. However, the pricing of this software is posing a problem. Since AnyDesk is a free source software, we opt for it. Also, the versioning of teamviewer is becoming a problem
Do you think TeamViewer delivers good value for the price?
No
Are you happy with TeamViewer's feature set?
Yes
Did TeamViewer live up to sales and marketing promises?
Yes
Did implementation of TeamViewer go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy TeamViewer again?
Yes
Teamviewer is easy to use once all the devices are synchronised. However, with teamviewer releasing different versions now and then, keeping the synchronisation becomes a big challenge. Also the pricing of this software is really high therefore not a very good solution to our business. Apart from this, the software is easy to use and recommendable
Since teamviewer is not our primary solution, we have not really exploited the security features. The 2FA would be really significant for a business that uses this as their primary solution. For our organisation, we just have exploited the basic features that allow the software function properly
