Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We decided to swap from another Email Marketing platform to ActiveCampaign in order to get more tools to track our Email Marketing activity and always improve it to give our prospects and clients the right information at the right time during their buying journey. We were looking for a solution to be easily implemented with our CRM software (Salesforce), and with ActiveCampaign we found the right tool.

  • Automation linked to the actions made by customers and prospects.
  • Salesforce Integration.
  • Implementation with the Email Template Design Software.
  • User Experience Design.
  • Bulk Tag of contacts.
  • Reports dashboard.
  • The scoring point permitted us to have a better Open Rate due to mail sent to the right target.
  • Automation with Salesforce constantly keeps updating the information of clients and prospects.
  • The cost is acceptable compared with other solutions.
  • I'd like the On-Boarding process with an ActiveCampaign Specialist that helps you with the configuration depending on your needs.
At a cost level, ActiveCampaign gives more features for the same number of contacts, like the scoring points, the different automation, and the possibility to manage the contacts and a better and simple way. Also in ActiveCampaign you can find different automation already made and tested by other users of the community.

ActiveCampaign is well suited in a company like ours that want to bring Email Marketing to our clients and prospect to a more structured level - than the simple newsletter - integrating the process with software already adopted by the company (as CRM Salesforce). Also, the pricing played an important role in the choosing of this platform, compared with other solutions.
