Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headset 700 Series

During the Pandemic, We have been asked to work from home. It was very difficult for us to join the meetings and the Background noises at home. It was difficult to connect 2 devices simultaneously. With the Cisco headset, it is easy to connect 2 devices simultaneously. Also, noise cancellation works very well. Now it is very easy to attend the meetings without any disturbance.

Yes, it is easy to use and set up as well.
When I join the meetings on Teams. This will help me a lot [with] noise cancellation during the meetings.
I am using the app to update the firmware and easy to use.

Cisco has built this Headset keeping all the requirements and usage. The features are based on the latest technologies which are required for this generation. It can be used either wired devices as well as Bluetooth devices.

Using Cisco Headset 700 Series

10 - They are Business generating persons, who will attend online meetings. Also they give presentations and conduct training session for the customers.

some of our technical persons attend live troubleshooting for the customer and they use it to provide support online. They conduct POC and give demo for the online services and provide solution to the customer. This gives our team members to connect 2 different devices at the same time which they can answer call from mobile and have discussion with the end user over the call or meeting this will save the time.
10 - 1. The peoples who are attending regular online meetings. 2. The persons who are travelling for business purpose. 3. There is no specialized skill set required to operate these headsets.

Yes, This product doesn't required any training. You have to just enable the Bluetooth and it will get connected. In terms of Call Manager you have to create a profile if you are connecting to the Cisco IP Phones. For the other devices it is just simple connection through Bluetooth.
