Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I use Rippling as an employee but also to manage other members of my team. It is a perfect one-stop-shop for all of my business needs. I use it for Time Management, Payroll, and Learning Management systems. I also have the option to use it to manage my HSA and navigate to other company resources from the home page. It is very ideal for our business case as a company of [fewer] than 50 people.
  • UI is very robust and intuitive
  • Access to other company resources/links is very helpful
  • LMS is an incredible tool for training
  • Time Off requests are simple
  • So far, there is nothing that I feel is missing or haven't liked
  • As a user, I don't have visibility on the ROI
I feel that any hiccup we have experienced with Rippling has been taken care of in an expedient fashion.

I think Rippling is great and can't think of a better platform for our business needs.
Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Xero
Rippling makes business and people management simple and the ease of use is great as the learning curve is very small. For new/small companies, this is a great option that can be implemented succinctly. It also may be just as ideal for a larger company as well.
