Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Rippling as a self-service employee portal. I enjoy the ease of use of adding and changing bank accounts and their % splits. Rippling made onboarding when I was a new employee efficient. The mobile app is excellent and the UI/UX is the best I've seen amongst other payroll services such as Paycor, Paylocity or Paycom.

I'm looking for my W-2 and it is not available. If they had a time frame of when to expect it, it would be helpful.
I enjoy the experience and would welcome any additional features they are working on.
The App store they have doesn't explain what they do well.

Return on Investment

Rippling has had a positive impact with onboarding.
Our employees all utilize the app and don't ever have negative feedback.
Easy to use and understand payroll has been wonderful.

Alternatives Considered

Paycor, Paylocity and Paycom

I would say that Rippling is the leader out of these I've mentioned. It's very easy to navigate, unlike Paycor or Paylocity. I was not the decision-maker on selecting Rippling, however, I've been very impressed as an end-user/employee. I'd like to learn more about their app store; I'm very happy with the product.

Support Rating

I have not used the support with Rippling yet. I do not have experience writing into support. Our CEO handles support issues and hasn't said any negative things about his experience. This question just doesn't pertain to me. The self-service has been so efficient I haven't had a need to contact support.

Usability

Rippling's strong point is how easy it is to use. The self-service option via the desktop or app has been wonderful. I've used other payroll/HR software solutions and I prefer Rippling over the others. I've been in the app to change bank accounts and percentages that go to each bank, very simple and I appreciated that. I've had to go to HR to ask how to do this in apps like Paylocity.

We are a startup and the ease of use is extraordinary. I like how it lays out the organizational structure. It is nice to know who reports to who and see this information. I would recommend to any friend/colleague that is looking to start employee benefits on the right foot.
