Overall Satisfaction with Cvent Event Management

We use Cvent for multiple events that are held in person and virtual in our company for members and nonmembers in education. We have customized Cvent in a way that we can make it easier for our customers to register by adding drop-down lists in the registration process to make sure they are directed to the right path to give them the discounts that they should be receiving.

We have been able to utilize Cvent to customize some of our lists and fields to better serve the needs of our customers to make the registration process smooth on their end. Cvent also has been helpful in providing specific customization in discounts that we sometimes off our customers.
