We use the Webex app for video meetings with students to conduct online lectures. Also, we use the Webex app for video calling. This is a very secure app and easy to use. The video quality is also very good with the Webex app. There are many options and controls given to the host of the meeting.

Microsoft Teams

Webex requires lesser bandwidth as compared to Microsoft Teams. Hence, even with a slow internet connection, we are able to connect with students for lectures and also with staff for meetings. The security is and access control is more with Webex as compared to Microsoft Teams. This avoids many problems caused by students during meetings.

Support Rating

The support team of Webex addresses the issue properly and quickly. This makes us very comfortable using Webex for high-priority meetings. There are very few times we observe any issues with Webex. But, as and when generated, it gets solved very quickly. This made us recommend Webex to other organizations.
