Overall Satisfaction with Druva Cloud Platform (fomerly Druva inSync & Druva Phoenix)
Endpoint backup and recovery as well as server backup and recovery. Also used for location and status of endpoints. Protection of ransomware and potential hacks and viruses. We have successfully completed audits from our parent company as well as clients. We have used Druva to standardize our lifecycle management process and policies.

We use Druva to protect Salesforce data that is cloud-based as well as Office 365, G Suite, and Box accounts which are also all SaaS software products that we depend on daily and require the data to not only be protected but to be able to quickly restore it all.
Mainly audit users that are out of compliance which is part of our company data policy. This happens monthly and all employees are audited by the IT department in order to maintain compliance with our internal policy as well as to maintain our ISO certification that we acquired with the help of Druva.

Druva was superior to all of the other possible software options as it not only had better features but the way that it protects the data in AWS is above and beyond the rest. Druva has a proven track record for being the best of the best and they are only getting better.
