Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We use Rippling as a 1 stop shop for payroll, health & dental benefits, vacation scheduling & tracking. As an employee/user, it was painful to operate separate modules & contact HR for updates, vacation, insurance, etc. Now there's one place to go that provides all of the updates & statuses; there's no need to bother HR.
- User friendly module to find payroll & benefit information
- contacts you through company email re: outstanding tasks & deadlines
- no issue at the moment
- i do not manage this
Rippling is simple & easy. Much less time for employee to become incorporated
