Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

MY organization has switched between multiple HR software platforms in the past few months, and I find rippling the best one yet. It makes it easy to communicate with HR and provides immediate email updates when I need to take action. Rippling's time & attendance platform cuts my timesheet workflow in half, and the simplicity of the User Interface makes it very understandable.

The navigation of this platform is atrocious. recording time, was a drawn-up multi-click process, which made reporting extremely time-consuming. The reminders would never show up in my inbox (spam filtered), so understanding deliverables from HR became challenging. Finding documents that needed my attention would take minutes, as opposed to seconds in Rippling. Fortunately, with Rippling, all those issues are a thing of the past. Thanks Rippling, for making life easier.
I have not needed support, because everything is easy to do.

It's one of the sleekest and most understandable user interfaces on the market to date. When I log into my account, everything I need to do is right in front of me, cutting my clicking down by 80%.
Most payroll/HR platforms can be cumbersome and hard to manage; Rippling is easy for both admins and employees; the interface is straightforward to understand and relate to. Reporting my hours while contracting has cut my efforts in half. If I ever work for another company, I will always compare it to Rippling since it has elevated the standard for optimal HR platforms.
