Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I just used Rippling to complete my benefits and it couldn't have been easier. Over the years I used many different systems and I have never used a platform that was more intuitive and easy to use. I only wish all of my other administrative requirements were this easy to complete.

  • The form is intuitive and lets you know if anything is missing
  • Maybe provide a more detailed description of the options
  • Page load times seemed slow
  • Definitely prefer the typed signature vs the written option
Communication from Rippling is timely and provides appropriate reminders. Nice to get a gentle nudge without being hounded to complete something you are not ready to move forward on.

Based upon my limited experience, usability is definitely a strong differentiator for Rippling. Most systems I have used in the past are more cumbersome and nowhere near as intuitive as Rippling.
Benefits selection and form completion were straightforward and easy to navigate. Really liked that each page let me know how far I had already made it through the process. Also was really nice that the fields within the form were self-populated and that the information was carried forward to the following pages.
