Overall Satisfaction with 6sense

We use 6sense across our ABM campaigns and to run general brand awareness campaigns targeting our core audience based on intent. We run display ads, video ads and others, targeting different core industries for our business. Has its pros and cons. Con is the data is not always accurate, only about 30-40% match rate. Another con, is lackluster customer support. We get more help from their actual marketing team and how 6Sense uses their own product, then our CSM can provide. Pros are it's easy set up and manage.

It is hit or miss. I would say the match rate is 30-40%.
It has helped, but some of the account data is hard to manage. Some accounts bounce between stages and some never move at all, even with increased engagement.
6sense has a great product and is easy to use.
Our CSM is great, but it's hard getting actual use cases and best practices for actual application, versus CSM best practices which is different than someone who uses it daily.
Very easy campaign setup and execution.

It is great for ABM if you want to target specific accounts. If they match, it can really be helpful for a user.

Not good for targeting smaller companies, but good for Enterprise.
