We just got started with 8x8 and I had to contact the Contact Center to help me with the setup. The representative was beyond patient and covered everything that I needed without me having to repeat anything. Very organized and professional.

8x8 is more clear and professional that Ooma's services.

Representatives were a step ahead, patient, knew what I was asking and wanting help with when I did not explain it very clearly, and got everything I called in for done every time.
