WE USE 8X8 TO CONTACT CUSTOMERS AND OUR TEAM MEMBERS. MY PERSONAL PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO RECORD MY CALLS, AND I NEED TO SPEAK LOUDER IN ORDER FOR THE OTHER PERSON TO BE ABLE TO LISTEN.
