Our office utilizes 8x8 Virtual Office for our phones and messaging between employees at their desks and in the laboratory.
- Multiple employees in multiple locations are quickly connected.
- Ease of use (idiot friendly).
- Excellent support troubleshooting from the 8x8 team.
- The staff in the support chat often has to defer to others for help.
- Can sometimes wait a while for a call back from support.
- Older staff find it too technical to use at times.
- The savings to our small practice have been greatfor us financially.
Previous to 8x8 Virtual Office we were part of an antiquated hospital system with little to no added benefit beyond basic phones. For our older less tech-savvy staff, the ease of use and transition has been amazing and made the switch well worth the money for us.
