We use 8x8 Work through contacting clients, candidates and internally.

We use this internationally and domestically

Pros

  • great outreach
  • easy to use for users
  • straight forward to use for admin side too

Cons

  • maybe better communication with agents
  • easier to raise ticket
  • more frequent touch points with our account manager
  • great return on inverstment
  • consultants in the business happy with the platoform
  • analytics function allows us to do this
easy, straightforward and minimal issues
easiest and better costing platoform - we will not look elsewhere as we are very satisfied with the service
