Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We use it [8x8 X Series] across the whole company. It's a one-stop-shop for all phone, meeting, and fax needs.
- Faxes
- Mobile phone App
- Meeting scheduling via Outlook
- Often I pick up a phone, however, my computer keeps ringing for another minute or so.
- Fax issue, where quality is not perfect or unsupported file, the whole thing doesn't go through...or actually keeps reloading and trying to send without actually sending.
- Unified system, phone, text, fax with IVR
- Ability to use it on computer, actual phone and cell phone
- I used to have a number of services, which I replaced with one 8x8 [X Series] solution.
- It saves me a lot of time. Hard to tell ROI, but definitely 1-10hrs a week in comparison to the old setup I had.
