Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We run a small, single-provider, pediatric office, and we love using 8x8 [X Series] to communicate with our patients. It's so easy to use, and being able to take calls remotely has been huge during the pandemic and even before that. We like that we can have a single number that can be answered by anyone on the team from pretty much anywhere in the world that has an internet connection. We also use the fax services, and initially, we had some issues with consistency, but we haven't had any problems in the last few years.
- Taking phone calls from anywhere (via mobile and/or computer/web app)
- Customer service is phenomenal
- Rock-solid reliability
- Very affordable and flexible offerings
- Set up can be complicated for the layperson, so you'll need someone who can handle that, but support is generally great.
- Unified communications
- Remote answering
- Virtual Attendant for routing calls
- We would not have been able to function during the COVID lockdowns without 8x8 [X Series], so I would say that it has had a tremendously positive impact on our business, although it's hard to quantify.
