Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

Mobile Web Construction and editing with panel content manager difficulties. Links and Anchors are improving after the Webinar with additional hints on expanding and adjusting margins - Brilliantly done. The AI feature is a great tool for enhancement of the site with more Frills and fewer Spills. Great Revival to this site! Improving over the past months - Outstanding!

  • Confusion on Mobile App - ok on PC - not so much on Mobile "Home" first page.
  • Difficulties in Setting up Special Promotions (Coupon) - improving with tutorials.
  • Relaviency to the emerging business - content manager - pauses and editing issues.
Currently expanding my solo phone system to help with messaging, positioning booking call-waiting information, and recording music of the business's newest song part of my messaging system. This is a construction time for the expansion of the system

Webmaster Recommendation with illustrations of his Domain 8 by 8 service Ease of updates and usage.
Basic tool right now to handle streaming calls - emails and on-the-road bookings. Not ready to expand but see the potentials with this company upgrades as a Great One!

Using 8x8 X Series

Difficulties in time-factors. 3 hour difference in the cycle of Tech support. The ease of videos at time are overwhelming to beginner senior business owner without an entire staff. The excellence of the software once shown - works without a tweak problem.

  • Color pallet is great - just shading and working with the Fonts leaves a little lacking.
Yes - This is extremely difficult! It requires double editing at times and multiple "SEE MORE" links or Code symbols distract viewers.
How the Pitch is in reality "14 Seconds!" = you link or you leave is the new wave in this market!
