I am main administrator for 8x8 X Series system so i do look after from main Admin side as well as setting up users to assign license etc.

- Assign licenses
- Import new phone numbers
- Can 8x8 X Series bring call divert facilities as when user leaves the firm, we need to divert the numbers to the relevant person for certain time.
- Day to day communication with the client
- getting call recordings instantly
- Great way to grab analytic reports
- Positive impact - Very user friendly, Great features and easy to use and understand
- Negative - Very Very poor customer service
