We use the 8x8 platform for our small to mid-size customers. The portal is easy to manage and the apps work tremendously. I have installed dozens of 8x8 solutions and our customers love it.

- Tech support, tier one is a little lacking
- Caller ID issue. If you delete a call group or an AA that has the main number as the programmed number and that is the user's caller ID number, the caller ID under the user settings gets erased.
- Cannot forward call recordings from the portal. You need to download it and then forward via email.
- Being able to add users or products is an easy way to manage your finances.
- The products are stable and user friendly.
- Everything packaged in one is easy to manage.
8x8 portal never seems to be down, other cloud providers have issues with access to their portal.
