Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We use 8x8 to run all of our calls. It works great as we can sync it up with our personal cell phones so that we do not miss any client calls.
- The app connecting to the cell phone is very useful
- The text feature is something that is used often
- They make it easy to manage the call flows in the admin portal
- It could be nice to have a secondary call flow so that I could test things out without having to make actual changes to the way the calls are already handled.
- 8x8 has helped us keep up with our customers and make sure that they are taken care of with the level of service that we value.

17 - We use 8x8 for everything sales, logistics, as well as general office use.
1 - I have admin access to the 8x8 portal. I handle all the call assignments, as well as the flow of the automated system.

- The chat feature is something that is very useful for our sales team.
- The automated system flow is something that has been very helpful.
- I was surprised at how easy it was to use the app on our cells phones in conjunction with the office set up.
- In the future it would good to be able to use the video chat feature for various teams to meet.

I am not sure if my company has premium support.
Yes - It was resolved, but it did feel like it took a while to get it resolved. Perhaps that was a "in the moment" type feeling, but I do remember it taking longer than I thought it should.
I had changed some of the extensions after one employee left our company. This created a bit a problem with calls not going to the correct people, and people getting calls simultaneously. It took a while to resolve and I had to go to a few different people, but it was eventually resolved, and I now now that if we are to change extensions, it is best to delete the user and then create a new user as opposed to just changing the extensions.
