Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series

We use 8x8 on a daily basis for both our internal team and our appointment setters/retention team. The options and properties of 8x8 are phenomenal and provide us every resource that we could possibly ever need. The system is extremely reliable and never fails us. Customer support is always very helpful the few times we have had to use it. 8x8 is a great service for any company!!!

8x8 is 10 times more user friendly than Twilio. It is excellent for Auto Attendant when getting our calls directed to the correct department. Ring groups are an absolute most have and makes it very convenient as opposed to how Twilio sets up their UI, it's very confusing. It's way easier to add new employees to 8x8 than it is Twilio. Twilio numbers will often show up as SPAM and we have yet to have had that problem with 8x8. It's just as easier to remove employees. Setting up a Twilio account is extremely difficult and misleading, it takes so much longer to set up a Twilio account. I would choose 8x8 over Twilio any day based on it's UI and how simple, reliable and easy the system is to use.

It is excellent for Auto Attendant when getting our calls directed to the correct department. Ring groups are an absolute most have and makes it very convenient to set up based on departments, it's also very easy to add employees already in the system to add to the ring groups. You just find their name and hit save, it's that easy. It's just as easy to remove someone from ring groups or the entire system should they leave the company. Setting up a new account for someone is very easy and straight to the point with no confusing terms and the auto email for the employee to set up their own password is very easy too. I haven't found a negative scenario with 8x8 yet, the only small thing is sometimes you have to search around to find a certain thing if you don't do it daily (finding the billing for example), but still its not that hard once you click around a few times.

Using 8x8 X Series

60 - They use it for answering inbound and making outbound calls so they don't have to give out their personal cell phone number. It is also used for compliance reasons which is what makes the auto-recording a must have. The ring group function is nice as well so we can have the calls directed to the right employee in the right department
3 - There isn't really that many skills needed because 8x8 is extremely user friendly. Its self explanatory to navigate through the system and perform the function that is needed

Due to it being an amazing all around VOIP system that is very user friendly, convenient and great UI. We have continually renewed 8x8 since the company started. It also has a great price point considering all it does and the user friendly actions

I wouldn't have changed anything at all. 8x8 is perfect for our company and has every feature you could possibly need or think of.

8x8 X Series Implementation

I unfortunately did not implement this product as I was not with the company yet, but from my understanding its was very easy and straight forward.
Not sure - Im not too sure because I was not with the company yet. I heard it was extremely easy upon initial installation.

We have only had to call support once or twice and that was only to reach out to our rep to add more toll free numbers. It was an easy process and took place all in once day

We did not purchase Premium Support because we have never ran into any issues and rarely do. I honestly don't think you even really need Premium because their support staff is just that good.
We have only ever had to contact support to add additional toll free numbers, other than that we have literally never had an issue with this system and it is used daily by 60 + employees.

Yes - It functions the same way the desktop app functions so it's perfect. Its also nice because you can set your business hours so your 8x8 number wont be ringing after COB. Integrates immediately to your mobile with no headache's or hard processes you have to go through on installation. You literally just sign in.
