Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
The 8x8 system offers a seamless remote work environment as the system allows you to work from anywhere without any interruption. The system also allows us to receive text messages without having to use or provide customers with our personal cell phone numbers.
- Cost effective
- Easy to use
- Product features are competitive with other VOIP companies
- Blocking robotic callers
- Many customer support representatives are from a foreign countries and difficult to understand
- Better communication
- We have used several other VOIP companies and 8x8 has had the best pricing and service compared to the ones we have used in the past. We experienced 40-55% savings with 8x8 from our previous companies.
- The previous companies didn't offer comprehensive mobile apps like 8x8. If our internet or power is off at the office we still have the ability to answer calls which was not a capability with the other companies we have used.
- The 8x8 system has been the most user friendly which saves a significant amount of time on an administrative level during set up or maintenance.
My experience with 8x8 has been 100 times better than the other companies that we previously used.

I wasn't aware there was premium support available.
I was experiencing a problem with a company harassing me but unfortunately, I was unable to block the phone number due to the way our system was set up. The customer service representative worked with me to change the configuration of our system so I was able to block the phone number from the spam caller. The representative was extremely thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He tested the system multiple times to make sure it was working properly before disconnecting our call. Ultimately, he fixed the problem because I never received another phone call from the spam company.
