Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We are new reseller of 8x8 X Series, but so far our experience has been extremely positive.
- Built in Contact Centre
- Easy for end users to self administer
- Stable and reliable platform
- Team Integration
- Better call routing for the UCaaS side of the platform. CCaaS is very advanced, but the UCaaS can't do everything that some PBXs can do from a voice routing point of view
- Bulk uploads of users sometimes fails, is sometimes very slow etc
- Still early days, but our partnership with 8x8 X Series has attracted a lot of interest from our customer base
- Avaya Cloud Office, RingCentral MVP, Unify Office by RingCentral and from Atos
8x8 X Series seems to be more flexible and feature rich than other similar public cloud telephony solutions.
