Simple product that is easy to set up
Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series
We use 8x8 as our primary phone lines. Biggest problem it solves is being able to be on one phone system with the same call queues and rules so our customers receive a familiar, simple experience. It makes call queues and escalations way easier to set up than in other consoles
Pros
- Really like how easy it is to add and then merge calls
- Flipping calls is particularly smooth
- The copy feature to then have the 8x8 call button pop up when highlighting a phone number is used on an hourly basis here at Tailored Tech
Cons
- I wish I could have a feature to force warm transfers for a particular group
- I wish I could hear my voice a little better to know what my volume levels truly are
- I would like a Stream Deck integration that I don't have to customize myself.
- The fact that it is easy to set up has made our call queues much easier
- 8x8 is rarely if ever down
- The only downside is that it is connected to our internet which has been faulty as of late.
