Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
I manage 5 other businesses and use 8X8 to manage all my office telecommunications. I also use it on the road with my iPhone. I use it for teleconference as well.

- I never have to think about my service. It is reliable and efficient as a business owner that is important to me.
- Customer service is excellent and always resolves issues and needed changes quickly.
- Call quality is excellent.
Have not shopped in years but have the perception that 8X8 is top in its class and have found no need to compare.
