Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
8x8 X Series is used across our organization as our phone system. Our office holds two organizations, ours and another, we use our one 8x8 account for both organizations. We transfer between 6 phones. The voicemail-to-email was an important feature as me and the other organization director are often out of the office.
- Voicemail transferred to email
- Online management and set up
- Customer service (ease of getting in touch, understanding of our issues - seems like they just aim to close a case regardless of solving it)
- Confusing online management interface
- Occasional spotty service
- No concrete impact, positive or negative.
