Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
During a recent storm, we had an outage with our hardlined phone system that was going to be down for multiple weeks. With running a utility, we had to have phone systems up for our customer service as soon as possible. Our IT consultant quickly implemented this system and it worked great. We only used this on a temporary basis, but have intentions to completely switch over once our current contract expires.

- App enhances phone operations from standard devices.
- Affordable.
- Dependent on Internet connection.
- If we had kept, would quickly pay for itself.
This is our first dealings with a VoIP system.
