Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
We are using the system in our office for the virtual office setup and the auto attendant to answer our calls. We use the fax system and our salespeople make and receive calls using it. With the virtual office setup, I am able to advertise more knowing that my sales reps can answer calls from there cell phone and make calls while the corp number shows up on the caller ID.
- Increase in sales.

- Made life easier.
- Don’t have to rush into the office.
This system is much better. It’s been many years since I have used Vonage or Ring Central, but this system is much better. Yosemite, my rep, is the best. The best feature you have is this guy in your team. Get 100 guys like him and you’re unstoppable. I can’t stress that enough. He’s great.
Every time I call and have a question, the people at 8x8 are the best, especially Yosemite Bent. He is able to setup screen shares with different departments, he is very knowledgeable about the system, and can answer most of my questions himself. I have had a hard time getting the dialer to work but I just don’t think I need it.

I am a huge fan of the system and have already recommended it to friends and associates that work in my sector. It’s nice to be able to set up a representative virtually, send him/her a phone in the mail, and plug them right into the system. The system itself is seamless and I love 8x8.
