Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
It’s great for using to organize conference calls with internal staff and with leads. It has lots of great features and makes life and business very easy. 8x8 customer service is also amazing and is very courteous and friendly with listening to the situation and coming up with a fast solution. We have different offices in different states and 8x8 makes conference calls and transferring calls super easy! I know that my company has used 8x8 for a long time and is very satisfied with it.
- Great IT support.
- Great features. I really enjoy how easy it is to navigate each feature such as fax, text, missed call. I also love the feature of being able to see all past calls/faxes/texts so I can trace anything back for reference.
- Great communication tools.
- I would like a way to receive an email when I have a new incoming text message on my 8x8.
- For me - the ROI is being able to close business much faster. I love being able to receive electronic faxes while I’m out of the office as I receive purchase orders and know they have arrived with the email update.
I haven’t used any similar products in my current or previous jobs. 8x8 was something new for me 5 yrs ago and I love it and can’t imagine anything better. Virtual office is super easy to use and is a great tool with connecting to our team, staff, and customers. Our vendors also love contacting us knowing that there will be no issues and/or delays with the call and sound quality.
