Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)

8X8 X Series is being used across the whole organization and is integrated to assist in customer relations using recordings for staff training and role playing. I also manage the agency using the system while away from the office. The virtual office system is strategic to managing and tracking agency activity
  • Ability to email, fax, and text
  • Ability to record and listen to converstions for training
  • Ability to make calls away from the office to work remotely
  • Ability to answer office calls away from the office
  • Occasionally we have bad connection service; however, technical support is always able to fix it.
  • The positive impact is caller recognition , call recordings and great service when needed
  • The cost savings from a regular phone system was dramatic
  • The svings were great(thosands) and the services great.
We had a traditional phone system and the difference in cost and available services was like night and day. There is no contest there.
