8x8 from Quoting to Implementation
Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
We had a client who had a UCaaS solution that wasn't working for them, and after talking to 8x8, we decided to use them. To this day, I handle all of the implementations, changes, and troubleshooting.
The biggest issues that it addresses is that it allows us to get new stores up and running quickly using layouts we did in the past. It also allows us to clearly make the needed changes thanks to an easy UI.

- Great UI.
- Great Customer Service.
- Easy Installation.
- Site Address Entry is very glitchy.
- Customer Service is good, but not quick.
- Sales team have been slow to respond after the initial large order.
- Great ROI for stability.
- Poor ROI in terms of e911 routing concerns and capabilities.
It's right up there with Nextiva. The on-boarding process is best with Nextiva. The Call Path design is easiest with LogMeIn
The overall is between Nextiva and 8x8, with 8x8's biggest issue being e911 routing issues, and all the services that require extra fees or licenses that others provide free of charge.
