I have used 8x8 for 10+ years and find the services sound, robust, and exceptionally functional for the business need. Service has been stellar and the ability to meld the service to the employee function has never faltered. 8x8 rocks! In a non-centric office environment where you're working from home/library/coffee bar, the functionality is seamless. The call recording process for transferred calls does not follow well to find the recorded call. If an extension answers the call and hangs up, the call recording is well found. If the original extension answers then forwards that caller to another extension, the call is not found in the final extension's recorded call database.
