Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
We decided to implement in one branch location to test out. We are moving forward to implement throughout the organization within the next six months.
- Identifies caller both at the workstation (softphone) and at the handset.
- Integrates well with our CRM system.
- Simple to use for new users.
- Retains a log on incoming and outgoing calls for the user to easily go back to if needed.
- The steps to integrate with our CRM application and to have them automatically connect is a challenge - it does require the user to initiate and confirm the connection. I would rather have it "hands-off" where it automatically integrates.
- Time to implement was minimal, intuitive.
- Pricing is competitive and feature list is extensive.
- Support, when used, is adequate, knowledgeable, have had a couple disconnects when making initial contact with support, with their support groups overseas.
Their integration with our CRM was better. Their price point was very competitive, especially with user handsets.
