Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
Initially, when I joined the organization all of the reps were making phone calls to clients via cell phones. This was a costly expense to the company but also leads would not be answered due to reps no wanting to use their own cell phone. I implemented the use of 8x8 to reps who would be able to call their clients but also have a personal number + voicemail assistant. It has helped the company in many ways and the integration into our CRM is seamless. Highly recommend to others considering this type of service.

I have used 8x8 in my previous company of 4 years. Moving into the start world, 8x8 has been amazing. Although I have tried Mitel - I would stick with 8x8. The consistency of quality is amazing and very friendly for reps to plug and play
