Overall Satisfaction with 8x8 X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)
We use the system for our entire organizations and help with inbound/outbound calls for In-Home Care.
- SUPER convenient on my mobile device.
- Messaging via I'm except there's no caller ID in texts 1:1s which gets confusing.
- LOVE the transferring options and listening in on others' calls to learn/training/development.
- It's super confusing when I'm texting someone and there's no caller ID associated with it and it's too many steps to create contacts for all my prospects and connections.
- Sometimes it's finicky with hold and transfer options.
- Voicemail, call triaging.
- 'DO NOT DISTURB' options and texting photos/attachments.
- POSITIVE has been it's super easy to triage calls to all employees.
I would use this over any other system.
