Our organization uses 8x8 X Series [(Formerly Virtual Office)] to manage incoming calls to our Client Support team.

8x8 [X Series (Formerly Virtual Office)] is fairly easy to use, as the UI is fairly user friendly. However, the actual functionality has varied results. Oftentimes, when a call is answered it will fail to connect fully, and either the caller or recipient is not able to hear the other party. Additionally, calls are frequently dropped. Users are forced to restart the program on a regular basis.
