Use Cases and Deployment Scope

8X8 Virtual Office is being used by our entire organization for doing meetings, listening and reading voicemails on their computer screens, [and] looking up extensions. It is also being used remotely on people's cell phones when they are not in the office working. Virtual Office addresses our organization problems with COVID and having to work remotely. It is a very good product in my opinion.

8X8 X Series is well suited for our organization as we have numerous sites and it shows you exactly who is calling you. It is very user friendly for all users. I find it particularly easy to change a person's name and if necessary their voicemail password as that is part of my job to make sure that everyone can easily access their voicemails.
